Finger Lickin' Good?

KFC has some weird policies on what they are willing to sell.

I've always been a fan of their boneless honey bbq chicken. Six pieces of chicken, covered with a tasty honey bbq sauce. The problem? It's not always available.

For the last three months or so, I've gone into local KFCs and gotten this meal, and it's been good. All of a sudden last week, "We don't have it anymore". I reluctantly got the "boned" version instead, complaining to myself on the way out.

Now, do they really not "have it" anymore? KFC sells boneless pieces of chicken, right? And I can see that huge tub of sauce from the counter. How hard is it to dip the chicken strips or whatever into the tub of sauce? There's even a strainer thing it looks like just for that purpose. In fact, I've seen the workers take chicken nuggets, dip them in the sauce, and that's the meal.

Maybe it's a summer thing only? But it's still July. Makes no sense.

  • I think the real question is - why are you eating that stuff?

    It's not even real food.

    It gets an F+.
