Yahoo's spam blocker

I've got a yahoo mail account, and it's usually been pretty good at blocking spam emails. It seems to err on the side of blocking more than it should, which I normally don't have a problem with.

However, something weird happened earlier today.

This morning I was going to work and wanted to have a long url handy, but didn't want to hand write it out. So I emailed it to myself with my yahoo account (that is, from my yahoo account to the SAME yahoo account) so I could check it remotely. Fine and dandy. I get to work and I have one new "Bulk" mail message. I look, and it's MINE. Clearly I sent it just to me, with no attachments or anything, and a subject of "hi me".

Isn't there something slightly wrong with spam filtering your own emails?
